About the Client:
Our client is a successful BMS and Controls contractor and service provider. They are currently looking to take on a BMS and Controls Sales Manager for the service side of the business. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to push the service side of the business forward from its current annual turnover of 2 million pounds per annum. A lot of the current 2 million pound turnover is repeat business from installation projects that they have completed. They have a lot of projects/contracts secured through recommendations from the end clients that they have previously worked with. The new Sales Manager will have a good network of contacts to push this level of turnover toward, initially, 3 million, whilst looking after the day-to-day operations of the business.

About the Role:
* To plan and implement a 500K to 1 million pound increase in annual turnover.
* To manage the day-to-day operations of a 2 million pound services division.
* To report to the Directors on operational issues.
* To work with the Directors on business plan to grow the service side of the business.
* To sell the service business to clients such as Planned Maintenance, Mitie Engineering, and Norland.

About the Candidate:
* Excellent technical knowledge of BMS and Controls
* Good contacts with clients such as Planned Maintenance, Mitie Engineering, and Norland.
* Proven experience of developing BMS service contracts and successfully selling services.
