Job description

Working with a highly successful mid tier civil contractor, you will have total on site engineering support, supervising a Leading Hand and a team of well adjusted skilled labourers and plant operators

Qualifications

An experienced Civil Foreman is required to run a residential subdivision in suburban Brisbane. Total works are valued at around $10M and will begin with land clearing and run right through to the handover stage. We are searching for a Civil Foreman who has worked with a mid tier company successfully completing land development and subdivision projects.

As the onsite Foreman you will report back to the Project Manager who will be running a couple of different site. Your role will include:

* Experience managing roadworks projects
* Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings
* Awareness of QA & OH & S issues on site
* Experience managing project costs / diary

This is a fulltime position and will suit an individual with a steady history and proven track record of delivering projects. This organisation has a great reputation for maintaining their close family culture while working only 5 days weeks.
