Job description

This organisation is a renowned engineering consultancy in Australia and throughout the world. Their brand stands for excellence and they have an enviable reputation in the market. Due to steady work load, they are needing to appoint an Associate to their electrical building services division to lead and mentor the building services team. You will not only be responsible for carrying out creative design and technical responsibilities, but for managing a team of senior engineers.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

* Green Star accredited professional
* Degree qualified in Electrical engineering, building services OR related degree
* Exposure to a variety of different building services projects throughout NSW
* Currently hold a similar role at Principal. team lead or associate level
* Strong LOCAL NSW/Sydney experience and stable track record. Due to the staff retention rate being so good within this employer of choice, they look favourably upon candidates that have proven loyalty and dedication to previous firms they have worked for
* Well presented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Not just worked independently but have experience managing and leading teams
